Official payment procedure
Deposit from your country
Quest Serengeti Safaris currently receives booking deposits mainly through bank transfer. Online card payment is not active yet, but the website is prepared for it when the company adds a payment gateway in the future.
The remaining balance is paid according to the final invoice or written confirmation from Quest Serengeti Safaris.
Booking and payment process

Send your safari request with travel dates, group size, route preference, and accommodation level.

Receive a confirmed itinerary and official quotation showing the final package price.

Pay a 30% deposit by international bank transfer using the official account details provided on your invoice.

Send the payment receipt to the booking team so your lodges, vehicle, guide, and park arrangements can be confirmed.

Important notes for international transfers
- Send payment only after receiving an official invoice or written confirmation.
- Ask your bank to send the transfer in the same currency shown on your invoice, normally USD unless another currency is confirmed.
- Bank charges from the sender or intermediary bank should be covered by the client unless agreed differently.
- Use the same name shown on your booking request so the payment can be matched quickly.
- International bank transfers may take several business days depending on your country, sending bank, and intermediary banks.
- Keep your transfer receipt and send it to the Quest Serengeti Safaris booking team for confirmation.
After the deposit is received
- The booking team confirms receipt of payment and updates your safari booking file.
- Accommodation, vehicle, guide, park arrangements, and related reservations are secured according to your confirmed itinerary.
- A written confirmation is shared with the next balance payment instructions and any remaining travel preparation details.
Other payment channels
Card payment, online payment links, and mobile money may be supported later. For now, these methods should only be used when the company has confirmed them directly on your invoice or written message.
