the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one
of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which
provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well

DAY 7. NGORONGORO- LAKE EYASI
After breakfast, you will visit Lake Eyasi, located southeast of the Ngorongoro
highlands. The surrounding region is home to a human group of extreme interest:
they are the Hadzabe bushmen, the last heirs of a civilization that does not know
agriculture, cattle breeding, pottery, and metallurgy, the ho-mines wise, who right
here, along the Rift Valley, took their first steps about 200,000 years ago. They live
by hunting with bows and arrows and by picking wild berries and fruits. Their way of
life has remained unchanged for millennials, they live in small wandering groups of
about twenty individuals. Meeting them is a decidedly interesting experience.
Organizing a hunting trip with them early in the morning and experiencing an
archaic lifestyle for a few hours is possible. It is a real experience, not fake or staged
for tourism purposes.
In the region also live the Datogas, polygamous breeders originating from the Horn
of Africa, Who arrived in this region following the herds in search of pastures.
You will visit the village and the blacksmith’s workshop that produces everyday
objects, jewels and arrowheads with ancient techniques for the nearby Hadzabe,
who repay him with animal skins and wild honey. Later in the afternoon, you will
drive to Arusha for your drop-off at your hotel.
DAY 8. LAKE EYASI- LAKE MANYARA

the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
